Northstar Travel Group, The BHN Group and AHLA officially opened registration for ALIS DESIGN+, a new business-building conference and trade fair for the hospitality investment and design communities

RUTHERFORD, New Jersey – Northstar Travel Group, owner of global hotel-investment conferences including the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS), the world’s leading and largest hotel investment conference, opened registration for its inaugural design-focused ALIS DESIGN+ conference and trade fair event.

ALIS DESIGN+ will debut January 24-25, 2024, at the JW Marriott/Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. The event is presented in conjunction with the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS), and produced by Northstar Travel Group in association with American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and The BHN Group. Key initial supporters include NEWH, The International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and Hotel Investment Today.

“This week we begin welcoming our first attendee registrants and officially expand the ALIS brand, offering an exclusive platform for hotel architecture, construction, and design,” said Michelle Finn, Vice President, Design & Construction, Products and Services for The BHN Group. “We look forward to providing thought-provoking conference programming, networking opportunities and access to the products and people that inspire, innovate and are building for the future.”

ALIS DESIGN+ is uniquely positioned to bring the country’s most active hotel investors, developers, brands and owners into the room. The event will connect all voices involved with architecture, construction, and design decisions together in business-building conversations, making it the place to learn, engage, explore, and advance the hotel industry.

ALIS DESIGN+ will feature more than 20 conference sessions, with approximately 100 speakers providing insight into the latest trends and information for hotel architecture, construction, design, and purchasing segments, among others. It will also feature 60+ exhibitors in an intimate and bustling trade fair, a hosted buyer program, and individual one-on-one meetings between attendees and exhibitors.
